Mike Bollinger, SVP Treasury & Risk Management

Michael Bollinger joined North American Hydro (“NAH”) in 2005 as Controller. His primary responsibilities included directing the financial department’s activities and managing the increased IT, HR and risk management requirements as the NAH business grew. In addition, as NAH’s primary Power Marketing interface, he successfully closed several long-term power contracts prior to acquisition of the Company by Eagle Creek. After Eagle Creek acquired NAH in 2012, he was appointed Senior VP of Finance responsible for directing the daily financial reporting requirements of the Hydroelectric Operations. In his current role his primary responsibilities are with risk management activities, treasury management, and as operations and compliance relationship interface with Eagle Creek's project financing partners.

Prior to joining NAH, Mike served in various finance and accounting functions for Wickes Furniture Company Inc. (a $500 million annual revenue and top 100 furniture retailer) over the course of 15 years. In his last position at Wickes, as Director of Finance, he was responsible for managing the overall financial activities of the Company – including $70 million of corporate debt in multiple tranches.

Mike received his Associates Degree from Joliet Junior College and BBA from the University of St. Francis (formerly the College of St. Francis). He obtained CPA certification from the University of Illinois.
