Lakeport Relicensing Information

Overview and Documents

The Lakeport facility operates under a license issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Lakeport Hydroelectric One, LLC (a subsidiary of Eagle Creek Renewable Energy) is the licensee for the facility. The facility's current license was issued in 1983 and expires in 2023. On August 31, 2018, the licensee submitted to the FERC a Notification of Intent to File License Application (NOI), Request to Use the Traditional Licensing Process (TLP), and Pre-Application Document (PAD) to initiate the relicensing process for the Lakeport facility. On December 4, 2018, the licensee notified the FERC and stakeholders that, in accordance with the TLP, it is scheduling a Joint Meeting and Site Visit for December 19, 2018.  Information about the Joint Meeting and Site Visit is available in the document linked below:

The licensee will also provide hard copies of the above documents upon request. A reproduction cost fee of $0.25/page will apply to such requests.
