Eagle Creek is a New Jersey-based firm that specializes in the development, ownership and operations of renewable energy sites, particularly hydroelectric facilities.

MORRISTOWN, NJ. - Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC (“Eagle Creek”) announced today that it has acquired Brown Bear II Hydro Holdings, LLC, which owns the Worumbo Hydroelectric facility. Worumbo is a 19 megawatt run-of-river hydroelectric generating facility on the Androscoggin River in Lisbon Falls, Maine. The facility supplies nearly 95 million kilowatt-hours of clean, renewable energy in New England each year.

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC ("Eagle Creek") announced today that it closed on the acquisition of ten facilities in Maine, New York, and Massachusetts in three separate transactions in June, July, and August 2016. The ten facilities total approximately 12 megawatts and produce over 47 million kilowatt-hours of clean renewable electricity in an average year.
