    Eagle Creek Renewable Energy Acquires Hydro Facilities in Maine from Madison Paper Industries

    Eagle Creek Renewable Energy has completed the acquisition of approximately 30 MW of hydroelectric facilities from Madison Paper Industries, a partnership of UPM and Northern SC Paper Corp., a subsidiary of The New York Times Company. The closing of the transaction took place on July 31, 2017.

    Eagle Creek acquires Reusens site in Virginia

    Appalachian Power, a utility subsidiary of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) and Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC have completed a transaction transferring ownership of the Reusens hydroelectric facility on the James River near Lynchburg to Eagle Creek. 

    Eagle Creek is a New Jersey-based firm that specializes in the development, ownership and operations of renewable energy sites, particularly hydroelectric facilities.

    Eagle Creek Acquires 19 MW of Hydroelectric Generation Through the Purchase of the Worumbo Facility

    MORRISTOWN, NJ. - Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC (“Eagle Creek”) announced today that it has acquired Brown Bear II Hydro Holdings, LLC, which owns the Worumbo Hydroelectric facility.  Worumbo is a 19 megawatt run-of-river hydroelectric generating facility on the Androscoggin River in Lisbon Falls, Maine. The facility supplies nearly 95 million kilowatt-hours of clean, renewable energy in New England each year.

    Eagle Creek Renewable Energy Portfolio Grows with Acquisition of Ten Facilities in Northeast U.S.

    Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC ("Eagle Creek") announced today that it closed on the acquisition of ten facilities in Maine, New York, and Massachusetts in three separate transactions in June, July, and August 2016.
