Discussion as of 01/08/2020:
Eagle Creek will begin its annual drawdown of Toronto and Swinging Bridge reservoirs to provide space for winter snow melt and increased inflows in the spring of 2020. Toronto will likely fall to between elevation 1200 and 1205 by mid-February; Swinging Bridge will fall to around elevation 1050 by early March. Cliff Lake, Mongaup Falls and Rio will be maintained to support the drawdown of the Swinging Bridge project
