The former Morrow Power Plant site in Comstock Township, Michigan has a Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) unit from historical management of CCRs from a former coal-fired power plant. STS Hydropower is working to safely manage the CCR in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
