Dusty Myers

Dusty joined Eagle Creek in late 2019 and has over 18 years of engineering experience. As a regulator in the State of Mississippi he oversaw the dam safety program which had oversight of over 6800+ dams. Just prior to joining Eagle Creek, he spent a brief period with the Tennessee Valley Authority primarily focused on dam safety policy and oversight.  Dusty came on board with Eagle Creek in 2019 as the Chief Dam Safety Engineer responsible for developing and building an internal dam safety team to maintain the safety and compliance of our Projects.  In April 2023, he was promoted to the Vice President of Engineering responsible for overseeing both the civil and mechanical/electrical engineering teams.  Throughout his career he has been involved in numerous committees and other activities including serving on the Board of Directors of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials from 2011 to 2019, of which he was President from 2016-2017.

Dusty is a registered professional engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Jackson State University.
