Lyonsdale Hydro is a 3 MW run-of-river hydroelectric project located on the Moose River in Lyonsdale, New York. The facility, which began commercial operations in 1984, is equipped with two vertical Kaplan turbines. Lyonsdale Hydro produces a long term average generation of 11,990 MWh of clean electricity annually, which is enough to power 1,153 homes.
