Discussion as of 02/18/2020:
Eagle Creek is coming to the end of the winter drawdown period. Toronto reservoir is currently maintaining refill conditions. Swinging Bridge will be drawn down relative to New York's demand for clean energy which increases as seasonable temperatures move into the Northeast. Swinging Bridge is likely to remain between 1049.0 and 1058.0 through the middle of March before beginning to refill.
