Discussion as of 11/17/2020:
Eagle Creek expects Swinging Bridge and Cliff Lake reservoirs to gradually increase and fluctuate at times to support New York's bulk electric system through the end of the year. Toronto reservoir should rise gradually as we are currently maintaining refill conditions. Rio and Mongaup reservoirs will support the operation of Swinging Bridge, but should hold relatively steady for the foreseeable future.
