Discussion as of 11/11/2021:
Toronto Reservoir outflow has been reduced to hold an elevation of approximately 1203-1204 for maintenance on the gatehouse. Cliff Lake elevation will fall a couple feet over the next few days and remain close to Swinging Bridge elevation. Swinging Bridge will remain around elevation 1066-1067 for the next week. Mongaup Falls will be drawn down over the weekend to approximately elevation 922 for maintenance on the dam and will be refilled toward the end of next week. The elevation at Rio will be held between 808 and 810 until the flashboards, which were damaged in the flows from Ida, can be repaired.
Toronto Reservoir Drawdown – Fall 2021:
For planned work at Toronto Reservoir, Eagle Creek plans to draw down the reservoir this fall. The elevation of Toronto Reservoir will be maintained at or above elevation 1214 through Labor Day, September 6, 2021. Toronto Reservoir will be drawn further over the rest of September and maintained at or above elevation 1211 through the end of September 2021. Toronto Reservoir will be drawn down to or possibly below elevation 1204 by November 1, 2021. Toronto Reservoir elevation will remain low through at least mid-December and likely until inflows start to increase in late February or early March.
