Toronto Reservoir outflow was set to minimum in mid-February, and the reservoir will gradually refill and will reach recreation levels by Memorial Day Weekend. Swinging Bridge and Cliff Lake Reservoir elevations will remain low through the end of March; those two reservoirs will refill over the course of April and May. Mongaup Falls elevation will remain around 930 to 932 through March while maintenance work continues. Rio Reservoir elevation will fluctuate between 810 and 814 through early May.
