York Haven Power Company (YHPC) plans to lower Lake Frederic, the reservoir upstream of the York Haven main dam, again for continuing the dam maintenance that was suspended for the Labor Day weekend and a boat issue. Starting Monday, September 19, 2022, YHPC will lower Lake Frederic again by approximately 14 inches until the work is completed (now anticipated to be the end of October 2022 depending on weather and river flows).
