Overview
The Racine facility operates under a license issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). Eagle Creek Racine Hydro, LLC (“Eagle Creek Racine”) is the licensee for the facility. The facility's current license was issued in 1973 and expires November 30, 2023. On July 2, 2018, documents were filed with FERC (available below) to initiate the relicensing of the project using the Integrated Licensing Process (“ILP”).
